Choosing Your Lesson Length

60 or 90 Minutes -

Which is right for you?

60minutes

Focused & Efficient

A 60-minute session covers a good amount of ground without becoming overwhelming. It's long enough to learn new material, revise what you've already covered, and finish feeling like you've made real progress — without the fatigue that can come from a longer session when you're absorbing something physically new

Best for: most couples, especially beginners with time on their side

90minutes

More depth, More Time

90-minute sessions are ideal if you want to cover more material each week, have more complex choreography in mind, or simply enjoy having extra time on the dance floor with your partner. You'll cover in 4 sessions what might otherwise take 6 — which suits couples with tighter timelines or bigger ambitions.

Best for: tighter timelines, complex routines, ambitious couples

A Note From Elayna

"Home practice makes the biggest difference. The more you practice between sessions, the less time we spend revisiting old steps — leaving more room to build new moves and grow your routine."

I'll always give you an honest recommendation based on your song, your goals, and your timeline — whether that's 60 or 90 minutes, four sessions or twelve. No upselling. Just good advice and a first dance you'll treasure.
